Q: Where is TimePhilosophy located?
A: We are located in Singapore, one of the busiest trading hub in Southeast Asia. Our time zone is at GMT +8 (Hong Kong, Perth).

Q: Is TimePhilosophy a registered company?
A: Yes, we are registered as a private limited company (Pte. Ltd.) under the Companies Act (Cap.50) with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore. Our GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration number is 20-0308755-Z. Our GST is registered with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

Q: How can I verify if the company exists?
A: Simply key in our company registration number (200308755Z) over at this free online Search Directory of Business & Company Names provided by the local government. You should see that the status of our company is "Live".

Q: Are you an authorized dealer?
A: We are currently not authorized dealer of any brand of watches. However, we source all of our watches from reputable authorized dealers.

Q: What is the authenticity and condition of the watches?
A: All of our watches are 100% authentic, new in box, unworn, have their serial numbers intact and come with all papers and manufacturer's international warranty stamped by an authorized dealer.

Q: Do you sell used watches?
A: No, we do not sell used, refurbished or manufacturer rejects. All of our watches are new in box direct from authorised dealers.

Q: Where do you get your watches from?
A: All of our watches are sourced from reputable authorized dealers worldwide. We are able to get competitive prices from our strong network.

Q: Do you sell other brands of watches other than those displayed on the website?
A: Please send us an email if the brand or model you want is not displayed on the website. We would be glad to help you source for it.

Q: Can you make a direct order from the manufacturer?
A: Yes, we can for most of the brands we carry and this is done via our authorised dealers. However, this is also subjected to availability at the manufacturer. There are no additional costs for such orders but a partial or full prepayment is required. It will usually take about 6 to 8 weeks before the watch will arrive. Please check with us for more details.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Yes, but please check with us to find out if we do wholesale for your country.

Q: Which currency are the prices in?
A: All our prices are in US Dollars. Prices listed on the website may change according to the prevailing exchange rate.

Q: Are the prices inclusive of shipping and insurance?
A: No, the advertised prices are not inclusive of shipping and insurance. Please email us to find out the shipping and insurance cost for delivering to your location.

Q: What are the payment methods you accept?
A: We accept bank wire transfer (in US Dollars), American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No, there are no hidden costs. You only pay for the price of the watch, shipping and insurance costs. We will send you an invoice with all the payment details once you have agreed to make a purchase. However, we are not liable for any taxes or custom duties that your country may impose, as well as bank wire charges incurred at your bank.

Q: What is the payment procedure?
A: Once you have indicated to us your interest to purchase, we will send you an invoice with our bank wire information for you to wire transfer the agreed amount over. After we have received confirmation from the bank, we will proceed to send the merchandise immediately.

Q: How will the parcel be shipped?
A: It will be shipped via international courier (Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc). We will let you know the tracking number once it is issued.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for most destinations in North America, UK and Europe. And about 1 to 3 business days for most destinations in Asia. Actual delivery time is dependent on the efficiency of customs clearance at your country.

Q: What happens if the delivered item is damaged or faulty?
A: All of our watches have to go through stringent quality checks by our trained staff before they are packaged. Extreme care is also taken to package the watch to prevent any damage against shock during delivery. We assure you that you will receive your watch in superb condition. However, in the rare event that the watch is faulty or damaged during shipping, we will replace the watch. Please read our Return Policy below for details.

Q: What happens if the parcel is lost during delivery?
A: We will get the insurance company to investigate. This may take more than a month. If the investigation proved that the parcel is indeed lost, we will find a replacement for you immediately. We will refund you the full payment at no extra charge in the event that there is no replacement available.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a three days inspection period. You can return the watch for a refund or replacement within three days, only if the watch arrived damaged, not functioning, or not as described (i.e. brand new in box, 100% authentic, serial number intact, comes with all boxes, papers and manufacturer's warranty stamped by an authorised dealer).

Watches must be returned with their original packaging, boxes, papers, tools, warranty, etc, and must be securely packaged and wrapped.

Refund amount is excluding shipping and insurance costs.

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Please seek authorisation first before returning the watch. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
